Yes. For your security, your current PIN will no longer work. When your new card arrives, simply call the activation number on the label and follow the prompts to set your custom PIN.

Activate your new card on or after July 28, 2025, at 4:45 a.m. MDT. To ensure uninterrupted access, activate your new card as soon as it arrives. Clear instructions will be included in the mailing.

EMV (Europay, Mastercard®, and Visa®) is smart chip technology built into your new card. It helps prevent fraud by creating a unique code for each transaction, adding an extra layer of protection.

Yes! Your card is accepted everywhere Visa® is accepted, including online and in-person purchases.

For your protection, each card is issued with a unique number and mailed separately—even for joint accounts. Rest assured, they’re on the way. You’ll still receive one combined statement.

To avoid any interruption, please update your new card details with merchants or service providers (e.g., utilities, subscriptions, insurance) on or after July 28, 2025.

No, your payment due date will remain the same.

Yes. To keep your automated payments running smoothly, update your card number and payment address with the provider (such as another bank or payroll service) after July 28, 2025.

Online access to your old account information will end on July 23, 2025. We recommend you download or print any past statements you'd like to keep before that date.

No registration needed to earn! You’ll start earning points automatically when you use your new card. However, to view and manage your points, you’ll need to register your card through our rewards portal.
