JOB OPENING – CENTRAL LOANS

FULL TIME – LOAN PROCESSOR

MONDAY – FRIDAY 8:00AM TO 5:00PM

(On the last day of month staying after 5:00 PM is possible)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good typing skills
• Good computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Good phone skills
• Detail Oriented
• Knowledge of Bankrite helpful, but not required
• Knowledge of LaserPro helpful, but not required
• Self Motivated
• Willing to help with whatever asked to do

DESCRIPTION:

Loan Processor: (Requires extreme attention to detail)

*Will prepare loan documents for commercial loans.

*Will learn and know the compliance and regulation requirements for various loan types.

*Will learn and understand the required documentation for commercial loans and the various collateral documents as well.

*Will setup loans in the servicing system.

*Will disburse and fund loans.

*Will learn to stack and organize loan files

Wage is negotiable depending on experience and skills
