IT – Full Time Support Technician

Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

(Occasional after-hours work required)

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years advanced troubleshooting of desktop, server, and network problems
  • Previous experience with Help Desk or related position required
  • Previous experience with installing and troubleshooting Microsoft Office products
  • Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS
  • Ability to problem solve and come up with solutions on my own

 

Primary Duties

  • Advance Technical Support: Resolve escalated issues related to hardware, software, and network problems, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Customer Service: Provide high -quality support to users via phone, email, or in person, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • System Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless resolution of technical issues.

 

Certifications

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Fundamentals & Associate are helpful.

 

Wage is negotiable depending on experience and skills.
