TRID Loan Processor

TRID – FULL TIME – LOAN PROCESSOR
MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM

REQUIREMENTS:
• Good typing skills
• Good computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Good phone skills
• Detail Oriented
• Knowledge of Bankrite is helpful, but not required
• Knowledge of LaserPro helpful, but not required
• Self Motivated
• Willing to help with whatever asked to do
• Knowledge of Mortgage terms helpful, but not required
• Must be able to work in the U.S. legally

DESCRIPTION:

Loan Processor: (Requires extreme attention to detail)
*Will prepare loan documents for consumer loans.
*Will learn and know the compliance and regulation requirements of these loan types.
*Will learn and understand the required documentation for consumer loans and the various collateral documents.
*Will setup loans in the servicing system.
*Will disburse and fund loan fees.
*Will work and process various reports.

Wage is negotiable depending on experience and skills
