SBA LOAN OFFICER

SBA – FULL TIME – LOAN OFFICER

REQUIREMENTS:

• Self-Motivated /Enjoys Challenges
• Detail Oriented
• Energetic/Outgoing
• Willing and able to make customer calls/enjoys meeting new people
• Business development skills would be very helpful
• Underwriting knowledge preferred
• Loves working with people
• Background in Finance would be very helpful
• College Degree

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right SBA loan products to meet their goals
• Develop business relationships with bank lending officers and other bank employees
• Willing to learn and maintain a knowledge of SBA (7A & Express) loan products and able to adjust in a changing compliance atmosphere
• Review active loans to determine if files are complete and if not, what can be done to complete the files and have compliant loan documents.
• Maintain an existing loan portfolio.
• Underwrite new loan requests when needed.

Wage is negotiable depending on experience and skills
