JOB OPENING, CENTRAL LOANS
FULL TIME LOAN PROCESSOR
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM
(On the last day of month stay till 6:00 pm)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good typing skills
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Good phone skills
- Detail Oriented
- Knowledge of Bank-rite helpful, but not required
- Knowledge of LaserPro helpful, but not required
- Self Motivated
- Willing to help with whatever asked to do
DESCRIPTION:
Loan Processor: (Requires extreme attention to detail)
*Will prepare loan documents for commercial loans.
*Will learn and know the compliance and regulation requirements of these loan types.
*Will learn and understand the required documentation for commercial loans and the various collateral documents required.
*Will setup loans in the servicing system.
*Will disburse and fund loans.
*Will work and process various reports.
